SPECIAL COVID-19 RETURN NOTICE (August 18, 2020)
Due to current limitations, we are not able to accept return packages at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY MAILING LABEL YOU MAY HAVE RECEIVED OR CREATED AS WE CANNOT ENSURE THAT THE PACKAGE WILL BE SAFELY DELIVERED AND RETURNED TO US.
Commencing August 18th, 2020, no returns will be accepted or processed until full operations have been restored and we are once again able to accept return deliveries.
After COVID 19 is over, we will resume our standard policy of 20 days, which is stated below.
Items bought on SAVOIREWATCHES.COM will gladly be accepted for a refund within 20 days of the delivery date. All WATCHES must be received back in its original form. WATCH must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any scratches, odors, oils, pet hairs, or any distinct smells. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. You will have to pay for returned shipping cost. All tags, watch, and original box must be like new when returned.
In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return. Any international returns received later than 30 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.

- Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item Is unworn and free of any stains, odors and scratches or any damage to the watch. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply.
- For returns we suggest using a Trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost in route back to us.
- Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Is my item refundable? Yes, however some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns 20 days from the date of delivery. All items must be in brand new condition, free of any scratches. If the watches or any other products sold on Savoirewatches.com are damaged, no refund will be given.
Do I have to pay for return postage? Yes. Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost in route back to us.
How long does it take to process my refund? Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel does process.
When will I see the funds back into my account? Refunds do require roughly 3-7 business days to process with us however we do suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will post to your account. Each bank does have varying processing times.
